Title: Duplicate Messages & DB Rebuilds

Hi all;

Every two weeks or so, I start getting duplicate Email messages in my inbox. When this happens I simply rebuild the DB. However, this is getting very annoying. I am getting sick of rebuilding the DB every two weeks or so.

Does anyone know what is causing this? Is there some other underlying problem that could be fixed to reduce the frequency of this? I have many Mac users that I support and a good number of them are experiencing this on a regular basis. I need to correct this if possible or these people are going to start complaining and asking for a better Email App.

I like Entourage muchly, but I have to say, not enough to live with the apparent crappy instability of it. Or should I not be surprised, this being a MS product???
