I *think* it will grow. Entourage has this way of hanging onto addresses from mail you've received, even if you haven't added them to your address book. Depending on your perspective, it can be handy, or it can be annoying. I've read (but not experienced first-hand) that doing an Advanced Rebuild will "clear out" the extra addresses, and leave you with only the addresses that are in your address book. I can understand the idea that updating software would clear the cache, as well. Addresses that previously popped up would suddenly be gone, perhaps unexpectedly. Long lists would appear be truncated. Is it possible that your client is experiencing this phenomena? That what's actually appearing now are addresses from her address book, and the others were being held in cache by Entourage because she'd received mail from them?
