Recently Ent 2004 started exhibiting a disturbing bug. When I control click on an email address in the address field to open a contact having that email address using the contextual menu 'open contact', the 'card' opens but the tabbing fields (Summary, Name & E-mail, Home, Work, etc.) are greyed out and can't be selected to add or edit information!
I have rebuilt the database several times. Each time seems to resolve the problem, but only temporarily. I am using v 11.2.1 and this is a new problem since the last update. Anyone else see this problem or know how to stop the condition from occurring?
