PC executables do not run on Macs. 2) If you do not click "Download pictures" - or more rigorously uncheck "Display complex HTML in messages" so you're not even offered the option - HTML messages do not "call home" - can't. 3) In the very rare case that you have a corrupt message trying to download and crashing Entourage (usually on startup) you need to launch holding down Shift key if you have POP account or an IMAP/Exchange account that downloads complete messages. Yes, then you should turn off Preview Pane before selecting and deleting the corrupt message. For the once-a-year occurrence, you hardly need to keep Preview Pane permanently off. In fact, keeping it on is what will let you isolate which message is the corrupt one. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004, X or 2001.
