There is another Google help entry from Mac partners, that would change the
smtp server to <outgoing.mit.edu> using port 587

Another entry on google states that if 587 doesn't work try 465

I'll search around these Google entries including the Mac and Optonline, if
I can find it.  However, right now, I have to prepare for tonight's lesson.

 I guess if one tried for instance  the mail.inno-tech.com with the port 587
and it didn't work the machine wouldn't blow uP ?


Maybe I'll try <outgoing.mit.edu> with port 587, from Mac partners.
