From: is a header field that has no bearing on the received: headers.  I
would have to disagree with this statement entirely, no spam techniques that
I have heard of could ever block based on the from not matching the received
hostname.  Any virtual hosted email server will have a hostname, generally
that of the MX record, however, they may have 1000's or more domains hosted
on that machine, all using different domains for their from address.
