Tried both. Tested that Sync and Name Search still work to ensure I had good connections to Exchange and LDAP servers.
Still no joy when opening Other User’s Calendar.
I will look for more places to apply Fully Qualified names but I think I hit ‘em all.

Rick, it sounds like a DNS problem. Have you tried fully qualified domain names in all your settings? Or how about raw IP addresses of your Exchange Server, that sometimes fixes problems like that.
