Go to the Address Book, and select a contact.  Press Command-A (or go to Edit > Select All) to select all contacts.  Then, just press the "New Message To" button.

Note that some mail providers have a limit on how many addresses you can send to at once.  If that's the case, use Paul Berkowitz's "Split Recipients" script.
