Lately, way too many messages are ending up in my junk folder, even if they are responses to emails I’ve sent. Yesterday, a correspondent wrote two emails in rapid succession, and one ended up in my mailbox, the other in the junk file.
Aside from entering every single correspondent into my Address Book, how can I improve my chances of receiving legitimate, non-spam email in my mailbox only? How did Entourage figure to send one message but to junk another form the same sender within the same minute?
