Hey everyone, I am having major problems with my
Exchange 2003 server and Entourage 2004 (SP2 ver. 11.2.5) working together with
personal contacts distribution lists. We recently converted over from
Outlook 2001. Many of my faculty members had personal distribution lists stored
on the server which they used daily. Since converting to Entourage, these lists
are not even visible. Doing some research into it, I have found that this
feature may be missing from Entourage. “- Personal Distribution attributes
previously created in a user's Contacts list using Outlook are not available
when using Entourage 2004.” http://www.afp548.com/article.php?story=20040804103359201
Through Entourage, my faculty members
cannot see, edit, add or delete Distribution lists (Groups in Entourage)
located on the server. They can in their personal Address book; but not on the
server. When they login to OWA, they can see,
edit, add and delete personal distribution lists located on the server. Does anyone have a solution or workaround
for this problem or know if this feature will be included in a future
version/service pack? It is very inconvenient and causing quite a stir on my
campus. Thank you!!!!! ----- Jimmy
