We no longer have the option to subscribe to the public
folders, but it seems like items are not updating in the folders when
we view them.
You should still be able to drag the folders to your ‘favourites’ folder under the public folder hierarchy – this is the same a s ‘subscribing’.
Public folder contents are not cached unless they are in the favourites, this means they need to be totally refreshed each time you veiw them – which can take some time in a busy folder.
