Also we always get the "This message has been partially
downloaded" message on incoming messages, especially those with
attachments. The attachment icon does not appear in the attachment
column. We don't know a message has an attachment until we click
to read it.
In the accounts settings window, under the ‘options’ tab, click the button to ‘Download Complete Messages’
