Title: Re: Corrupted files
Could the message be partially downloaded? If the attachment shows up in a partially downloaded message and the user tries to open it, they will get an error that leaves one with the impression that the file is corrupt. In effect, it is corrupt because it is truncated. Entourage should really not allow the opening of these partially downloaded attachments.

Subject: Corrupted files

I have a user on a Mac G5 10.3.9 running Entourage 2004 version 11.2.5 (the most recent version).

We have had a problem lately that seems to be getting worse with receiving corrupted files. Most of the files are .PDF, .EPS and .AI. Every now and again we will get a corrupted .jpg file.

Is anyone else having this problem? If so what have you done if anything to correct it? Thanks for your help.
