RE: Corrupted files

I have a user on a Mac G5 10.3.9 running Entourage 2004 version 11.2.5. She is accessing her e-mail using an IMAP account.   We have had a problem lately that seems to be getting worse with receiving corrupted files. Most of the files are .PDF, .EPS and .AI. Every now and again we will get a corrupted .jpg file. The error is usually something like “can’t recognize an offending operator” or some such.   I have another user accessing the same e-mail with Entourage also using an IMAP account and is having the same errors. On the first users Mac, if I create an Apple Mail IMAP, she is able to download the exact same files without a problem. If we access those e-mails using any other method other than Entourage (Outlook Exchange Server Account, or other e-mail client IMAP account we can download with no problem. The problem seems to be something with Entourage.   We used this program for two months before this started happening.   Account Preferences are set to fully download all attachments.       Is anyone else having this problem? If so what have you done if anything to correct it? Thanks for your help.   David Keith
