The settings on Entourage are set to fully download each e-mail and file. I had that problem once before that if a file was greater that 20KB it would only partially download. I have changed that setting. Maybe I should verify that it hasn’t been changed back somehow.   We are not running Little Snitch on the Mac so I don’t think that is the problem. But maybe there is another program creating a conflict.   I am not sure if I listed this in the previous e-mail, but the account is set-up as an IMAP account because I actually have a second Mac looking at it and sometimes having to check the e-mail for the first person.
