Hello: In Entourage 2004, how do you delete an old identity after rebuilding Entourage? It was easy in 00, but in trying to do the same thing last week, I lost everything since last rebuild (contacts added, emails, and saved emails). I don't know if it is retrievable since I had to force it out of the trash.
I do notice that it is not called old identity anymore. I also looked in the "help" and couldn't find it, unless I didn't look in the right place. thank you.
