Trevor - altho I can't write scripts, what you are looking for is something that invokes that PDF function on PRINT. At the bottom of the window is a PDF button, and there is a choice to SAVE AS PDF. You can also invoke Preview for PDF instead of Acrobat, it is far better behaved IMHO that Reader for viewing PDFs and allows for some editing and for saving in other formats.
