Still need info on HUGE Entourage problem!!

Sorry to bother all of you again, but my Entourage 2001 still has none of its info in it -- no messages, no addresses, nothing!! I have two MUD folders.   One is found here: Hard drive/documents/Microsoft User Data I've been told the one above is the one I need, but I don't know what to do at this point. Where do I put it or what do I do so my info will be in Entourage? I have some VERY important info that I can 't access due to not being able to see it in Entourage. The other MUD folder is found here: Home/ Documents / Microsoft User Data And, if I'm able to get this back where it belongs, how do I back up all this info to prevent future problems? Do I just copy the Entourage app onto my external HD every couple of days?
