First of all, I see you are in Entourage 11.2.1. That version had some bugs. Go to Help/Check for Updates, and download and install Office 11.3. That will install Entourage 11.2.5. Check now in your regular user, but I expect you will still have a problem. If so, read on:
Now, in your regular user, make a new Entourage identity: first quit all other Office apps (Word, Messenger, etc.) that may be open, go to Entourage/Switch Identity/New. Try it out in the new identity. If it works fine in the new identity, as I expect it will, it means your regular database is corrupt. Switch back to your regular identity (Entourage/Switch Identity/Main, click Switch). Quit Entourage. Relaunch Entourage holding down Option key, which will launch the Database Utility. Choose "Rebuild" and wait for it to finish. Now launch Entourage and it will probably be fixed.
