Hi Diane, The problem with this method (if I understand you correctly) is that since each folder contains may emails, the resulting custom view will have thousands of emails for me to go through. For example, I have 30 folders with the category ³Pending², within those folders there are let¹s say 50 emails. My custom view of the ³Pending Clients² will result in over 1500 emails. Instead of creating a custom view of the ³Pending Clients² which would result in the 30 folders.
arokyne Let me ramble a bit here... Entourage supports multiple categories. If you assign a category to a folder, folder orange for example, add that category to each message in that folder.
