First of all, Entourage's Tasks are not synced through Exchange so you'd have to use Outlook Web Access to share these with Outlook users and I expect you'd soon get frustrated with that. Unless you already have access to an Exchange server, the upfront costs would also be a factor. Basecamp is really nice. The main downside is that it doesn't have an offline component, so no working on it if you don't have net access.
