Well, you¹ll need two servers: Active Directory and Exchange. You CAN run them both on the same box, but that is what we in the IT field call a BAD IDEA. Scott, I¹d seriously check out Kerio Mail Server, at http://www.kerio.com/. It has support for the features of Exchange you need, supports Entourage and Evolution, runs on Mac OS X, Windows or Linux, and doesn¹t require a separate directory server, although it works just fine with either Open Directory and Active Directory. The latest version, KMS 6.3 also supports OTA synching of Windows Mobile and Palm handhelds.
