If you don't have any actions listed for "Send & Receive All", then clicking
"Send & Receive" shouldn't be doing anything at all. The "Send & Receive"
button is really a menu but if you just click on "Send & Receive", it runs
the "Send & Receive All" schedule. To have "Send & Receive All" actually do
something, actions needs to be defined. In the "Edit Schedule" window which
you will have open at this point, click "Add Action", then change the action
that appeared in the Action section of the window to "Send All".
