If you can do that it means they leave their computers unprotected when away
from their desks and "everything" on them is accessible to anyone. All they
need to do is open System Prefs->Security and either select "Require
password to wake this computer from sleep or screensaver" (in Screensaver
prefs, also set it to activate after only a few minutes of no activity), or
select "Log out after 00 minutes of inactivity". That way, no one will be
able to access anything once the computer has either gone to sleep or logged
itself out.
