To clarify my previous post, to reasonably secure all data, open System
Prefs->Security and either select "Require password to wake this computer
from sleep or screensaver" (in screensaver or sleep prefs, also set it to
activate after only a few minutes of no activity), or select "Log out after
__ minutes of inactivity". That way, no one will be able to access Entourage
or anything else once the computer has either gone to sleep or logged itself
out.
