That's a known issue that occurs with complex HTML messages rendered with Entourage's complex HTML engine. Unfortunately, there's little you can do about it. Either you have to print without headers or print the message with headers in text format (or simple HTML format, if the "Display complex HTML in messages" option is turned off in Mail & News Preferences/Read or General Preferences/Security, depending on your version). In that case, the message may not appear properly when printed out, though.
