Hello, posted this last week, still hope to get help, as I am pretty sure
someone had this issue, and resolved it, but I can not locate it in the
archives:

Client uses:
User-Agent: Microsoft-Entourage/11.3.3.061214

Junk mail filter is on, and at every level, it will tag email as junk, but
will not auto move it to the correct folder.  The message is classified as
junk, and also, clicking on the message, and clicking the junk button, will
do the same.

I had her set the junk category to bright red, and she tells me there are
lots of red messages in her inbox.

Any idea why these messages would not get auto moved?  I know in past
versions you may have to set up a rule, but that in my experience is no
longer needed.
