Hi, I too am using Microsoft-Entourage/11.3.3.061214 and have the same
problem. I have to check my mail four and five times a day to keep the junk
weeded out, as all but an occasional one or two marked junk end up in the
junk folder. Of those occasional ones that do end up there, most are not
junk (the message I am replying to was designated junk and moved to junk
folder, but a dozen others that should have been there were in the Inbox).

How do you do that? I have no choice of colors for various categories. In
the Categories menu each category is arbitrarily assigned a color; red (or
bright pink, the closest thing there to red, is assigned to Family. Junk is
assigned gray.

I have written rules for "any header contains (viagra, for instance)" to be
moved to Junk E-Mail -- never happens. It makes e-mail a real chore.
