Create a message
Save it                 File>Save
Duplicate it           Edit>Duplicate

Then edit or personalize duplicate copy and sent it.
Then do another duplicate, personalize and send.

You can do the save without any email address.
Then add addresses as part of personalization.

May not be elegant but is simple.
