I am helping a friend migrate from AOL to Entourage. Currently with AOL she sends the same message to many folks but personalizes each. In AOL she can save the draft without an address to the desktop where she can simply add the next address, personalize the message and send it on.
I don't see a way for Entourage to save an unsent message to the desktop in a form that will allow easy personalization. She does not want to cut and paste each message since she would have to copy and paste both the address and message. Is there an elegant Entourage solution and if not is what is best multiple clipboard utility?
