You can do something like this using Word's Data Merge feature. It might be a little more difficult than AOL, but it does save time. Here's the procedure:
Open a new document in Word, and go to Tools > Data Merge Manager. In the Data Merge Manager palette, under "Main Document", click "Create", choose "Form Letters". Then, in the Data Merge Manager palette under "Data Source", click "Get Data", and choose "Office Address Book". Compose the message as you wish, dragging in "Merge fields" to personalize parts of the mesasge. Then, in the Data Merge Manager palette under "Merge", click "Query Options". Next to "List mail merge recipients by:", select "Complete Record", and check the contacts whom you want to mail. Click OK to continue. If you want to Preview, that might be a good idea. Click the first button below that part to "View Merged Data", and then click the back and forward buttons to see some sample messages. Then, to send the message, under "Merge", click "Merge to E-mail". On 5/5/07 1:56 PM, "Ed Matney" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I am helping a friend migrate from AOL to Entourage.
