Office 2004 11.3.5 Update is out

Among other things, this "fixes an issue that caused Entourage to  
stop responding for several minutes during ordinary use". I've found  
that disabling the background integrity check went some way to  
address this, but I'm not sure if it's now safe to turn this back on.  
Can any of the MVPs (or people who beta-tested the update) comment on  
this?
