Sorry to entervene. I am reading all the troubles that you go through via this subscription and it sounds incredible that all of u use MACs, actually with quantity of troubles its more to a windows world. I am a MAC user for almos 2 years now and did not have anything even close to any problem that are discussed here, running entourage all the way for my office of 10 MAC from G4 to latest core2duo on the dayly basis. Not even troubles with any update, download or installation. The only thing that is there for sure that it has a memory leakage or high on resource when running exchange mode and synchronizing with server, owise all cool.
Therefore I am curious to know what machines are you running on what MAC OS X vers and if its a fresh clean install of Tiger or some comes from Jaguar? Appreciate your feedback.
