As Fred already noted, this is indeed a combo (and even though the
requirements could be made a little clearer, the download page does
say that "this update includes all the improvements released in all
previous Office 2004 updates.")
Also worthy of note is that Entourage itself is not updated from
11.3.3, only the Database Daemon.
