Hi- We have had some luck (30%) with having people resort their contacts. Try going into your contacts and sorting by a few things other than name, like work phone, then home phone, then switch back to Mail, then switch back to contacts and sort by name again.
I suppose this rebuilds some cache file or something, I am not really sure. Whatever it does, it helps about 1/3rd of the people who's "find" is taking longer than they feel it should. The remaining people usually have some kind of database or cache issue in general. There has been lots of advice about that on the site. -------------------------- Kurt D. My main address book is housed in Exchange while > the local address book is also small. Any thoughts?
