Barry, there were no characters in the "First" and 'Last' name fields of the
'Macquarie Investment Management Limited' contact. To make sure, I typed
something in each field, then deleted it and saved. I then sorted by another
field and then by 'Name' again, and 'Macquarie Investment Management
Limited' is still the first entry in the list.

So that would be due to the period (.) at the end of "Ltd.", yes?
