How does MS manage to build a program that continually duplicates msgs., contacts, dates and not have any tools for dealing with these issues? I have thousands of duplicate contacts that need to be removed/merged. Any scripts, tools, tips, tricks, etc. out there to deal with this madness? Thanks.
