Thanks every for jumping in to help.
Here is the update on Entourage:
I pull out my QuickTime Directories from /Library/QuickTime/ and /
System/Library/QuickTime/. After that, I was able to reinstall
Entourage 2004 and reapply all the updates. In addition, I am able
to put all the QuickTime directories back in their place without
crashing except for the QuickTimecomponents.components in /System/
Library/QuickTime. Obvious, this directory is corrupted and now I
need to find a way to put an uncorrupt version back in its place.
Any ideas?

Yea, the 1st time I used software update; the 2nd time I use the
standalone installer of 10.4.10; the third time I used the combo
updater 10.4.10 as you suggested. I am still not able to update
and I get the same error as in my first post.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I really would love to
get back to work with Entourage.

Hi all, immediately after I updated to Mac OS X 10.4.10,
Entourage 2004 will not launch. When I try to start it I get
the following report from the console log (see below). Does
anyone knows what's going on? This message is pretty consistent
and I can reproduce it several times.
I have reapply the os x update, I have repaired permission, I
have gone back and installed Entourage X from Cd and ironically
I can launch Entourage X. My Entourage X version that is
currently installed is 10.1.0 which is the version that came
with my cd. Even though I can get Entourage X to launch, I am
not able to apply the Entourage X update 10.1.9, let along get
back to Entourage 2004. All attempts to get any further updates
and to move forward to Entourage 2004 had been futile and just
produce a similar error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ronald,
I'd be willing to bet that you used Software Update to install
the upgrade. I have had several Apple engineers tell me that they
always download the combo updater to their desktop and install
from there. Reapply the update again, but this time use the combo
updater. It's always my first line of defence when updating my OS.
