The iPhone information on Apple's website definitely says that it syncs with Entourage. "iPhone syncs with the address book you already use on your computer Address Book or Entourage on a Mac," so I think the original question wasn't "will it sync with Entourage?" but rather (appropriately) "how much of the information that Entourage stores about contacts will sync?"
