Strictly speaking, all devices, including iPhone, sync to the "SyncServices
Truth Engine". So do Apple's Address Book and iCal. And so does Entourage if
you use Entourage 2004's Sync Services. They all sync to Sync Services. So
everything that it stores - which will include all info that Address Book
stores, including birthdays - will sync. (For those who might still be using
my Sync scripts to sync Entourage to Address Book, the Address Book info
syncs to SyncServices and so will still get to the iPhone.)
