I hope someone on the list will be able to help me with this.

I have a 6-person Entourage-using Graphics Studio client who has recently
switched ISP's and eMail hosts to a very competent company with a good track
record.

All seems to be going quite well, except that some of their customers are
sending emails as usual, but they are simply not getting through.  The
common denominator is that the customers are using Apple Mail, and I
wondered if anyone had come across this before and had got a solution.

I will admit to not having done a lot of checking elsewhere due to work and
personal pressures.
