Increasing menu and toolbar size for 20"display

Hello, does anyone know a way to increase menu headers and toobar size
in Entourage Vx. I am using 10.4 and a 20: Apple LCD Studio Display and
the type is so small. I have increased the system fonts and the fonts in
Entourage itself but neither affects the Menu or toolbar readability.
