Thanks. Here was my work around that I found.
I used the Advanced find to find all messages with a sent/receive date that was 120 days old (or however long). I then tagged them all with a unique Category called "Archive" I then ran Export. It gives you the option of exporting all records of a "category". It is suppose to delete those records automatically, but it did not. I had to manually do that. Worked great. Thanks again.
