Yes, it is fairly easy. I set mine up with an outgoing rule (Tools > Rules > Outgoing tab) so that all sent mail is Moved to the Sent folder on my computer. As a result, there are no sent items on the exchange server, but this is fine with me. I'm really just trying to implement POP on this dang Exchange server. ;-)
