My friend has been using Entourage with her long-standing AOL email address.
In recent weeks, her Entourage stopped storing 'Sent Messages' for longer than a week. Is there a way to configure Entourage so that her 'Sent Messages' can be permanently stored on her computer? (In a strange twist, some older emails ARE findable on her hard drive using Spotlight). Any clues as to a solution so that Entourage can be configured to save / store her sent messages? No rules in operation except empty trash and check server for messages. Entourage11.3.3, OSX 10.4.10.
