No, it's not unreliable, it just wasn't programmed to include every field.
All the fields that appear in the Summary are still _viewable_ in the Office
Address Book in Word. They aren't even missing, let alone muddled or
"unreliable". They just don't get inserted when you click the Insert button.

The reason is surely that included Job Title and/or any other field would
probably require more preferences or options on either a general (whole
address book) and/or local (per contact) basis. Not everyone would want any
or all of these, even in a Work address, and the preferences would make it
more complex. (Title and Suffix _are_ included, by the way.) Some people
find even the existence of preferences too complex ("bloat") forcing them to
make choices when they just want to keep moving.

No, it does not mean the representation of data is unreliable. You're making
that up, and then spinning this beyond sense. All the data is reliable -
it's what you put into the Address Book. It's just incomplete, and doesn't
give you the options to add more fields. It does let you type emendations in
after inserting basic data from the Address Book, however.
