You must subscribe to the 1980 version of Ford/GM/Chrysler quality control. Build the vehicle, and then sort out the bad ones. Ooops! Missed one! Too bad. If I tell Word to dump a contact's "Default" address or "Work" address (the two choices) from Office/Entourage's Address Book, I expect it to do just that. I don't expect to print an envelope, and then go check each one, each time, against the database, to make sure it got all the information. No title, no department on the envelope, big problem. > Title and Suffix _are_ included, by the way Not in my implementation, no, they're not, not on either of my Macs. OS 10.4.10, MS Word 11.3.8, Entourage 11.3.6, MacBook Pro Intel Core 2 Duo and iMac-24" Intel Core 2 Duo. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
