Ent 11.3.6 OX 10.4.11 Quite a while ago, I wrote about quotation marks changing when PCs received them. You replied for me to set the message 'character set' (under the 'options' button in the message toolbar) to Western European (Windows). I do for an email, but next new email, the Character Set is back to "automatic." Is there any way to have it be permanently set to Western European? I couldn't find anything like that in Preferences.
