That'll do it.

Try 2008 without SpamSieve or any other rules looking for Junk, using Junk
Filter on High. It's really excellent - I get something like 98% or 99%
accuracy with 0.000% false positives.

But if you have oodles of rules moving messages to other folders, that also
slows things down. Not as much as running scripts, though.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - 2004,
