To be clear, the fact that multiple sites are reporting it does not reduce
the need for folks to approach Microsoft's support channels so that we can
properly diagnosis the issue.  Investigating issues like this often is
specific to certain types of server configurations and network
topologies--going through the appropriate support channels allows our
support engineers to gather various details and dig into the issue in a
manner that is simply not possible via e-mail.
